Łabuda Brickworks offers brick powder and crushed brick – two materials obtained by crushing bricks. Although they share the same origin, their uses vary depending on the level of granulation. Brick powder is a fine-grained material, ideal for sports surfaces such as tennis courts and running tracks. Crushed brick, with a coarser fraction, is perfectly suited for ground reinforcement and garden landscaping. These eco-friendly and durable materials are a great solution for a variety of needs in construction and outdoor design.
and technical characteristics
At Łabuda Brickworks, solid ceramic bricks are produced using a partially automated process that involves precise shaping and firing of clay at high temperatures. The standard dimensions of the brick are 250 mm in length, 120 mm in width, and 65 mm in height, which allows for easy placement in masonry construction. Each brick weighs approximately 3.3 kg, making it solid enough for building purposes while still convenient to handle.
A strength class of 15 or 20 means that solid brick can withstand significant loads, making it suitable for constructing structural walls—both interior and exterior—as well as vaults, chimney flues, and other load-bearing elements. Thanks to its solid, non-perforated structure, this brick offers enhanced mechanical strength and is less prone to damage. Additionally, it features low water absorption and high frost resistance, making it suitable for use both indoors and outdoors.

of brick powder
Brick powder is primarily used for creating surfaces on tennis courts, running tracks, sports fields, playgrounds, and other athletic facilities.
Its fine texture and natural shock-absorbing properties help reduce joint strain during sports activities, which contributes to a lower risk of injury. Brick powder also has excellent water absorption, allowing surfaces to dry quickly after rainfall.
brick powder
Brick powder is an eco-friendly product made from natural raw materials, with no added chemicals or dyes. It offers a range of benefits, including:
Natural shock-absorbing properties
Excellent hygroscopicity (ability to absorb moisture)
Attractive appearance and aesthetics
Versatile applications

of crushed brick
Crushed brick is a material with a coarser grain than brick powder. It is produced by breaking bricks into larger fragments, resulting in brick aggregate that can be used for various applications in construction and landscaping. This material is 100% natural and environmentally friendly, free from chemical additives or dyes.
It is primarily used to reinforce weak subsoils, such as access roads, parking areas, and open yards. It can also serve as a base layer for tennis courts, running tracks, and sports fields. Crushed brick works perfectly as a bedding layer for flooring and flat concrete surfaces, and is also ideal for leveling private plots and garden areas.
crushed brick
Crushed brick offers a number of advantages that make it an attractive choice for a variety of construction and landscaping projects:
Natural aesthetics
High mechanical strength and frost resistance
Suitable for soil and surface reinforcement
Eco-friendly origin – reduces waste and utilizes existing resources
